Pump Flow

This calculator page enables you to calculate either the Flow Rate Q (litres/minute) or Volumetric Displacement Vg (cm3).

In order to calculate the hydraulic Pump Flow rate Q (l/min), you must enter the following figure

1 Pump Speed n, for AC Motors this is commonly 1450 or 2850rpm
2 Pump Efficiency, for hydraulic power pack pumps this is in the range 0.85-0.95.
3 Displacement Vg, sizes for powerpacks range from 0.17cm3 to 90cm3

Then press Q to calculate, this will be shown in the result box.

In order to calculate the Volumetric  Displacement  Vg (cm3) of the hydraulic pump, you must enter the following figures:-

1 Pump Flow Q, this is litres/minute
2 Pump Efficiency, for hydraulic power pack pumps this is in the range 0.85-0.95.
3 Pump Speed n, for AC Motors this is commonly 1450 or 2850rpm
