Directional Control Solenoid Valve

Directional Control Hydraulic Solenoid Valves

Hydraulic systems often require directional control valves, pressure relief valves and pilot operated check valve when actuators or hydraulic motors are operated.

Hydraulic system components such as Cetop valves are used to form a hydraulic circuit. The advantage of this wide range of valves is they are common throughout the world and can be added to and replaced from most hydraulic solenoid valve manufacturers.

Hydraproducts offer the CETOP03 (NG6) and 05 (NG10) size, as well as a range of directional control valve manifolds.

Hydraulic systems consisting of:

Solenoid Directional Control Valve, these have a four-landed control spool. Hydraulic solenoid coils move the spool position in order to change the direction of hydraulic fluid flow.

Pressure Relief Valve, these modular valves are sandwiched underneath the hydraulic solenoid valves. These hydraulic pressure relief valve will open to limit the pressure in the control line.

Flow Control Valves, adjusted in order to control the flow through these valve modules. They can be configured to control flow either way, via the use of a sandwiched seal plate.

Pilot operated check valve, containing pressure in the service ports is a common requirement to prevent hydraulic cylinders from movement.

This range of valves are all capable of flow rates of 60 litres/minute and are rated to a pressure of 320 bar. Strictly adhering to ISO4401-03-02-0-94 and DIN 240 340-A6, so they can be fitted with confidence.
