High levels of volumetric and mechanical efficiency are realised inside the high strength construction. Due to the high quality materials used in the construction of the pumps, they are low weight and offer decreased installation dimensions, particularly in hydraulic power packs with multi-pump sections.

Our Group 2 OT Cast Iron Hercules Gear Pump Range (Datasheet.pdf) is suitable for Water Glycol based applications rated to 180bar and provides industry leading build quality and reliability. Meeting strict European European Standards Regulations, these pumps benefit from full cast iron construction and come with Viton seals and bronze bushes. Working to pressures of up to 300bar when used with standard hydraulic oils. The advantage these pumps have, working with a 40% water/60% Glycol fluid is that they can operate at a lower temperature than a typical application that uses an emulsion formula, thus leading to a much improved temperature/viscosity trait.
